Peggy began working in real estate by accepting a part time summer job as an Assistant to a top producing agent in the early 90s while she was in Graduate School studying Literature and teaching Freshman Composition. She immediately excelled and obtained her real estate license soon after. From working with buyers to negotiating contracts, from business planning to CMAs, developing computerized systems to managing staff, she helped the team to grow to one of the most successful real estate operations in the country. |
Peggy has also done consulting for other top agents in the industry, assisting in team development, and was the Director of Marketing and Sales for a National Speaker on E-Marketing (Electronic marketing -- Internet and multimedia) for real estate agents. In 1996 she was selected to appear on a television show for the RE/MAX Satellite Network at the International headquarters in Colorado, an enterprise which provides training to other real estate professionals. From being named Commencement Speaker at her college graduation to winning writing awards, Peggy has long shown a passion for excellence. She has focused her talents not only on real estate, but on a non-profit organization, writing, publishing and mailing a monthly newsletter, chairing various committees, and participating in fund-raising events.
